At 45 degrees, the maximum widest profile weld is 107mm.

At 60 degrees, the maximum widest profile weld is 123mm

At 90 degrees, the maximum widest profile weld is 147mm

At 180 degrees, the maximum widest profile weld is 154mm

The maximum height of the profile possible is 130mm (unless you want optional clamping height extenders bringing it to 200mm max)
