We have just taken stock of the 400mm saw blade size Pertici 400 IP.

According to the Pertici website*, the machine has the following specifications:

"UNIVER 400IP cutting machines are particularly suitable for cutting

plastic profiles (mainly pvc) and profiles made of light alloys and similar materials.

They have two heads, one fixed and one with fast or micrometric linear movement.

The cutting length can be read on a millimetre rule bar, magnified with a magnifying

glass. The two operating units have adjustable plates for making cuts up to 45 degrees,

both right and left, whereas the saw blade heads can be set at an angle of 45

degrees to the horizontal axis."

The actual machine is 4.5m in length, and has a cutting length of 3.5m. The minimum cut is 50cm. 

The saw blade size is 400mm with a 30mm bore. 

The cutting dimensions are as follows:

At 90degrees, minimum is 110mm x 110mm, maximum is 195mm x 110mm. 

At 45degrees, minimum is 75mm x 75mm, maximum is 138mm x 110mm.
