Delivery & Payment Info


We deliver to anywhere in the world, and we take great care in making sure the item(s) are secure for transport. We take pictures of the machine(s) on the lorry or in the container for your peace of mind.

The price of delivery depends on where you are located in the world and the terms agreed. Sometimes it may be cheaper for you to arrange your own transport.

The delivery of consumables and ratchet straps are based on their weight. The maximum weight the goods go up is 60kg. Anything over that price is based on your location and the size of the item(s). Please call for more information. 


We offer you a variety of different payment methods.


The quickest and most cost effective method of paying for all involved, is by way of a BACS transfer via telephone banking with your bank, or using your Internet banking. Depending on which bank you are with, we can usually receive payment within a few hours of your bank processing the payment. However, this applies to banks based in the United Kingdom. For our international clients, payments can take up to 7 days to arrive.

Credit /Debit Card:

We do now accept Credit / Debit card payments directly off the website. Simple click on the "Buy" icon, and the website will guide you through the process of paying.

IMPORTANT: Before purchasing a machine from the website, please call us to make sure the machine is still available. It might be the case that from the moment you click "Buy" we have already just agreed a sale with someone else.


We do accept cheques made out to "Window Machinery Search Ltd" although cheques can take a while to clear and so are not the quickest method of paying. We must wait for the cheque to clear before sending out the item(s).


If you have a "Paypal" account, we accept payments via this method. However, please be aware we charge an extra 5% on top of the cost of the item(s) to cover "Paypal" charges. Our international customers can also pay this way.


Alternatively you can pay in cash. We accept Sterling, Euros and US Dollars (Subject to exchange rates)

Please note we require payment before the machine is sent, unless agreed otherwise.


Consumables and Spares:

If you would like to return the item/s for any reason please get in touch within 14 days. Please return the item/s in it's original condition and packaging within 28 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for the returns postage.

Please check the item for faults / transit damage when it arrives. If the item  is faulty / damaged please get in touch asap and we will arrange an exchange or refund. If we require the item back for quality control we will reimburse the postage.

Subject to normal use , if your product develops a fault due to faulty materials or worksmanship within 12 months please get in touch and we will do our best to help you out. It may involve repair or replacment of the the product and is dealt with on a case by case basis. We cannot cover accidental damage or misuse of the product.   Please note we are unable to accept goods without proof of purchase.


In terms of larger items (i.e. machinery), only a limited warranty is given, which is set on the invoice at the time of purchase. If no warranty is given on the invoice, then no warranty or guarantee is implied. It is important to make sure the machine is the correct one for your company, any recollection charges are to be paid by yourselves and must be paid upfront.
